The club was founded in May of 2002 and was granted accreditation by the American Kennel Club (AKC) in October of 2003

Membership

We are always looking for new members. The club was founded in May of 2002 and was granted accreditation by the American Kennel Club (AKC) in October of 2003. It is important that all club members are interested it furthering the breed as defined by the AKC expectations of a specialty club. Current club members have participated in some or all type types of events held under the auspicious of the AKC. The goal of this club is to provide assistance to members in preparing to compete AKC events. Club field events are open to all pointing breed dogs that have been AKC registered.



In order for your application to be accepted, you must be someone in good standing with the American Kennel Club. Membership is voted on by the club members at the meeting following receipt of the new application. You will need to agree to abide by the club Code of Ethics and Constitution & Bylaws. You should download and read these documents before submitting your application for membership.
